"A lovely get away"

Beautiful character property in a rural setting, calm, quiet yet a short drive to Holt and the coast. Staff very friendly and welcoming, clean and comfortable rooms and plenty of options at breakfast.

"WONDERFUL STOP OVER"

Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome, slight mix up on checking in but this was down to a simple confusion by another guest and in no way the hosts fault but they were quick to resolve the issue and in no time everything with back on track. The breakfast was absolutely lovely, nice and fresh ingredients and serves hat and fast. The location was nice and convenient and easy to find with ample parking on offer. We also had an evening meal in the pub and again fantastic meal and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend a visit.

"We had to come home a day early as my wife and myself ended up being sick through food poisoning"

"Good value for money and great for a nights stay near to Sheringham where we were going in the steam train."

A nice country pub/B&B near to Holt and Sheringham. Good for our one night stay, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, great food in the evening and a good breakfast with lots of choices.

Our room was a little dated and small. Also quite cold.

What a fabulous BnB! The whole place has had a refurb over last few years but kept its traditional country pub feel. Quiet location. Good parking. Friendly welcome by the staff. Room (The Wells) was spacious, comfortable bed. Super tasty, well cooked sunday roast.. very popular as most tables seemed booked. Breakfast... lots variety- cereals, youghurts, fruit, and of course full english- again cooked so well. Will happily book again.

It was a beautiful pub in a rural location. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff were lovely, and made us very welcome. We ate in the pub, and the food was very good - breakfast was excellent too. We will definitely be back.

Nothing - everything about the place was great.
