Excellent and amazing location with the best view

The location was excellent. The hotel had a very good manager - Maria - who assisted on ALL matters. The breakfast was not very inclusive but very fulfilling. The sharing pool was quite nice with a superb view.

The only issue we had with the hotel was the noise from the music from the hotel. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, this is not the place. The music was on till around 1 AM. But couple of nights we stayed up late and enjoyed the music at the bar which was quite nice.

Casa Sunsha is perfectly located. So much so, every day the many cruise ship tourists take photos of the hotel and the Adriatic/Caldera from the street above. In short, it's THE PLACE to be. Our room Suite 1 was on the lower level of the hotel on the walking street below, which proved to be a benefit. We had a private spa with uninterrupted views. This was truly spectacular and special. We enjoyed our welcome wine there. The donkeys passing by on their way too and from their work (for transporting ship goers up and down to the port) was a lovely bonus. Our room was a renovated traditional cave room, which was just lovely. Always cool temp and something totally different to what we have experienced before. Plenty of space and function. Maria and all the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating with exceptional service start to finish. Nothing was a problem but rather a pleasure. Better than when we visit our own family.

It's not that I didn't like it, but as with all the accommodation on the Caldera cliff side, there are plenty of stairs to navigate. This is the price you pay for the best views in the world. Actually its a benefit thinking about it, as we didn't put on weight despite the amazing meals we enjoyed.

The location was phenomenal and i dont think you could get a better view all day and night. Staff knew you by first name and were exceptional. Maria was there at any point we had a question and went above and beyond for her guests. The hotel was always impeccable and clean

The location, facilities and view were exceptional. The breakfast was outstanding. We enjoyed the entertainment at the restaurant. Maria was the best!! She made our stay extremely pleasant.
