Buon hotel, dotato di molti servizi, personale gentile, e nell’onsen sono ammessi clienti con tatuaggi. La posizione è molto centrale, ma forse non è una delle zone più rappresentative di Kyoto.

朝食のビュッフェが苦手なので、このホテルを選んだ。京風お弁当で、雰囲気良い日本家屋の中でゆっくり食べるのが大変良かった。

大浴場にタオル置いてて欲しかった。

Convenient location and nice traditional feel

Construction next door was a bit disruptive

-Le lobby était très sympa, la bibliothèque, le bar, le lieu était très mignon, ce côté d’architecture traditionnelle ça change tout.

- dans le spa des femmes y’a pas de bain froid contrairement à celui des hommes. - le rideaux qui laisse passer la lumière extérieure et ça nous réveille - si on devait faire une petite suggestion d’amélioration ce serait peut être du côté de l’accompagnement et l’accueil client. Y’a un petit manque de dynamise / réactivité, mais globalement ça s’est bien passé.

The location is great - close enough to walk to Nishiki markets whilst still being quiet, and close to a station. The rooms were spacious and the onsen was lovely. The main reception area has a traditional seating area where you can chill and enjoy food or drinks with others.

It was largely fine but the room could be a tiny bit cleaner!! Just small things like dust I noticed on the bedframe. Not a big deal though.
