It was very close to the Hakone-Yumato Station. The property had beautiful traditional ryokan rooms and was very clean. Staff was attentive and kind. The meals were delicious and they were able to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. Overall we loved our stay here! Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and the bathroom and in room sauna were very nice.

The futon bed and pillows were not very comfortable and there were mosquitoes in the room. The slippers were also hard to walk in up the stairs.

il cibo di qualità ma non per tutti, molto particolare, si potrebbe mettere un po’ più di scelta

Esperienza in stile giapponese con cena e colazione serviti in camera. Grande stanza con tatami e grande tavolo poi per la notte srotolano 2 futon. In stanza bagno privato, doccia e sauna. Onsen pubblico aperto sempre, onsen privato di coppia della durata di mezz' ora.

Loved the whole old fashioned Ryokan experienced but find that there is a definite need for a bit of a facelift to the facility, always keeping the Ryokan experience. Our young lady who looked after us was wonderful.

Maybe be a bit for flexible with rules and regulations e.g. we were still sitting at our table relaxing after dinner but had to move because 8.00pm was the time that the beds were made.
