Месторасположение. Можно оставить багаж до заселения, вокзал рядом. Кайсеки вкусный.

Уставшие, изношенные паласы на полах в коридорах. Персонал не Японцы, кайсеки подавала не японка.

"Enjoyable Traditional Ryokan Experience"

I loved the traditional aspect of the hotel and it was a highlight to experience the private onsen in our room and worth the additional cost. It was a great experience to try a traditional Japanese Breakfast and Dinner and. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly.

Amazing room which felt like a full appartment. The breakfast and dinner were amazing, and the private onsen was a lot of fun! Great location too! And amazing staff.

"Very nice staff and authentic Japanese experience."

It was nice and clean. Somewhat dated in some areas but the bathroom shower are was clearly more modern. The staff were great and it was nice and quiet. I loved the view from my window especially in the morning when the sun was coming up. Oh, the Onsen was also amazing.

Some of the food was def not my taste. I’m not big on any type of raw fish. My 8 yr old’s food was delicious, however. 😊
