Expérience exceptionnelle et situation idéale.

La demi-pension était une expérience très enrichissante avec un service impeccable mais tout n’etait pas facile pour nos papilles européens. A faire une fois dans sa vie.

Worst

Worst property. Very old and depressing property. No Lyft. Above 50 years old is tough to climb stairs , very steep. No shower in the room.

Private onsen inside the room is great! Room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Food is excellent.

The fridge in the room was full of moulds and smelly. Definitely needs to be replaced.

スタッフは外国人の方が多かったけどしっかり日本語も勉強されてて　フレンドリーな方ばかりでした　外国人お客様多いのもうなずけました。

一概には言えませんが　偶々だったと思いますが　個室温泉施設ある部屋で良かったのですが　景色がまるで見えなかった(旅館だらけ）のが　唯一の残念だったことです

The traditional nature of the whole place. The food and service and the care and attention given to us by Soe. The private onsen was lovely. Most traditional thing we have done in our travels.

Very traditional futon but not the best sleep. Not used to it .
