There was nothing I liked, it was so bad that we immediately left.

The elevator looked like it was about to break. It didn't run smooth and the floor signals were torn out on the inside of the elevator. The elevator maintenance report was severely out of date. So let's go beyond this. Okay now we made it to our room door, 305 and the handle looked close to following off, not secure or tight to the door. Our keys didn't work, they would unlock the room, getting the green light, we could hear it open the locking mechanism, but we couldn't open the door. We tried both keys, waiting a second, very quickly, normally. None worked, so then I went down to the front desk, mind you I watched 2 other guests' rooms not work all on my floor. Another guy had the front desk person come up to help him get in (3rd person not able to get into their room, besides us) and she opened our door for my friend while I was coming back up with the 3rd key I was given. My friend waited for me to get back before going into the room. As we walked in, the room had an uncomfortable stench to it. I immediate looked around and I can see 7 large stains on the couch, the desk chair was peeling the pleather off and looked like one you would find on the side of the road, and the phone looked like something out of a 90s horror movie. When I picked up the receiver, there was no sound, I hit the speaker phone button that looked like it was broken and it didn't come on, so much I thought it was a fake phone or one so old it was held together but duck tape but then I immediately checked to make sure it was plugged in, kinda squeezing the phone base between my hands as I checked the outlet, then the speaker comes on, definitely startling me. I let the front desk know that the keys weren't working, all three and how disgusting the just the front part of the room was and that this does not look like the pictures on the website at all. We were not going to stay in that environment and we were going to have to go somewhere else.

Sia at the reception was really helpful regarding my booking modifications, and gave useful advice for transportation!

Wifi password did allow me to use my Firestick

People around location were sketch. Just the area was ran down. Individual off the street would walk in and grab breakfast.

Breakfast was okay.

The smell of cigarettes and bad odor in the hallway near our room and a dirty comforter. The comforter was replaced with a clean one by the front desk staff.

The girl at the front desk was extremely nice she was my favorite to breakfast was good the room was clean the beds were cozy

Great customer service and front desk staff joy was really helpful and gave our grate service
