Samsung Coex House

Great value for money, luxurious, clean, well built and nicely furnished. We stayed for 7 nights and this place felt like home away from home. It was right across the road from Hyundai dept store which links into the coex mall (Starfield library) which tunnels into the subway station. Very convenient. Cleanliness was greatly appreciated as were the amenities like the washer and dryer with supplied detergent, vacuum cleaner, wardrobe hangers, towers, foldable drying line, full size fridge, and a plus was a Samsung air dresser and a built in room air purifier. I would classify this as a pumped out studio apartment with enough doors to section off each space. The TV was massive and had Netflix - a must these days. Would definitely stay here again.

As this is not a hotel, we had to take our own rubbish down to the many many rubbish bins for sorting. Not a fault of the stay, but something to keep in mind. The stay is also in a business district which was nice and quiet at times if you want to be away from all the tourists and crowds such as in Myeongdong. Gangnam is also further from all the tourist spots so takes a little more time to travel back up near Seoul tower and surrounding areas, it is however closer to seongsu, the new and upcoming area.

It was great to have our older girls sleep upstairs and our 9month old downstairs. We didn’t have to worry too much about noise from our apartment and from our surrounding apartment. Walking distance to Coex Starfield and Samsung Station

Difficult to get a taxi into Gangnam from about 4pm from other cities due to traffic

Location, cleanliness, safe. Host was prompt in replying. My children loved the loft.

The toilet bidet hose has a small leak.

The apartment is in a good location, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It’s also not far from the busy Gangnam area by subway. I stayed with my family, and it was comfortable for us. Another plus is that it’s close to the COEX shopping mall. If your itinerary is focused around Gangnam or COEX, this accommodation is a very good choice. The neighborhood has many offices and tall buildings, giving it the feel of a modern city district — perfect for those who enjoy this kind of atmosphere.

Отличный объект размещения, есть все условия для жилья. Техника и оборудование в апартаментах имеются. Имеется посуда. Доступ к жилью не сложный. Отличное расположение.
