Samsung Coex House

The apartment felt like new—spotlessly clean, which made our stay very comfortable. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, too. I usually don’t sleep well in hotels, but whether it was the bed or just how tired I was, I slept through the night without tossing and turning. Our kids absolutely loved the unique design of the apartment, especially having their own floor to sleep on. While the space is small, it’s smartly designed to be functional and never felt cramped.

The only complaint I have is the couch—it wasn’t comfortable for lounging, more like a firm seat than a sofa you’d relax on back in the U.S.

Really loved having a washer and dryer as well as one of those fancy steamer. High up with views of the city. 7 minute walk to the metro and the airport limousine pickup/ drop off across the street. Plenty of convenience stores, ATM, and pharmacy steps from apartment. Apartment is kind of hard to find but it’s the thin gray building next to a pharmacy. You need to buy shampoo/ shower soap or gel—not provided.

Upstairs bedroom loft is very low so may not be appropriate for tall people; approximately 5 ft ceiling will need to crouch. Ok for us since we are 2 smaller women.

We really liked the location and how it's close to key shopping malls in Gangnam and also the subway

We kinda had some troubles finding where the trash bin is but other than that, everything was good.

Super new and clean. More spacious than any hotel and definitely a value for money. Very quality experience. I am in love with bed sheets!!!!

Location is excellent - our prefered in Seoul...just by Coex (lot's of options for restaurants, cafes, shopping, attractions at Coex...metro is just down the apartment to explore the city) Apartment is fully equipped with high standard facilities Beds are conformable Check-in check out are so convenient! ideal for a family!

Nothing to say

Property was very clean and well furnished. Everything was new. Heating in the apartment was great - there was heated flooring as well. There was ample cupboard space for all our clothes. Kitchen facilities were also good enough to cook simple meals and there was also a dishwasher to make cleaning easier. The fridge and freezer was huge. Beds were all really comfortable. In terms of location, it is right next to the Hyundai Mall, Parnas Mall and Starfield Coex Mall - super convenient for picking up food or doing some shopping. There are also 2 train stations nearby (Line 2 and Line 9). Overall a very pleasant experience and I would stay again if I ever came to Seoul!

Size of apartment was slightly misleading. It was a lot smaller than we expected as the floor area comprised the upper floor (which was quite short in terms of height - an adult cannot stand up properly when upstairs). But this did not affect our experience that much as we did not go upstairs.
