The location was excellent and the accommodation itself very stylish and comfortable, with a warm welcome and helpful staff. We also enjoyed the cafe downstairs which was equally charming and hidden away.

The room was exactly as described. Winnie our host was extremely helpful and gave us some Wonderful restaurant suggestions. We didn't notice any excess noise from the cafe below as mentioned in other reviews. You get access to the room via the cafe and are given good clear instructions of how this works, even when the cafe is closed

The Opposite Place is a very nicely renovated residential part of a old shop. It is very well done and memorable place to stay. It is well appointed and is very quiet even though close to the main tourist areas.
