The property offers simple yet very comfortable accommodation. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is lovely and very relaxing. The breakfast was really good, and the staff were very friendly and the service was great.
The mosquito nets had a couple of small holes which need to be either replaced or fixed and there are no curtains in the room, which i did not mind as i was happy to wake up with the sun rise but it may bother some others. We had to ask for milk to be put in our rooms and not the powder milk that was available which the staff arranged when we asked. I must add that I would still book the accommodation which was good value, and I had a lovely stay. The beds are very comfortable!

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Aircon worked really well. Crocodiles were great for the kids - they could make more of that attraction (daily show, weekly feeding)
Accommodation is a little old/dated. Swimming pool area too.

Beautiful tree chalets set amongst the fever trees. Only a 15 minute drive to Hluhluwe. Staff are friendly and willing to assist.
Pool water was very green. Chalets require some maintenance- sliding door didn't lock, bathroom door didn't close all the way. No 2 ply toilet paper in room, only 1 ply.

Staff were fantastic , very attentive. The rooms were great with lovely baths and mozzie nets Animals roaming the site added to the ambience. Game drive was great - Brian really knew his stuff

We were made to feel very welcome. The tree house was beautifully appointed, the staff really friendly and helpful, and the food delicious. The extra game drives at Ubizane and nearby Umfolozi were excellent, led by really informative and friendly rangers.
