"Super hotel!"

The staff is very friendly, always here to help you and they even prepare bags for your early tours if you can't have breakfast, they put hot water for you to make tea, and give you a hot water bottle at night. It's clean, and great location in the city.

Pessoal do atendimento simpático.

Tivemos problemas com o chuveiro (falta de água, água fria ou os dois) todos os dias, espaço do café da manhã não é espaçoso para acomodas os hóspedes que recebem.

A maioria do time de atendimento é simpático.

Não atende os pontos que lista para a acomodação, o espaço pra café da manhã é muito pequeno e não comporta as pessoas hospedadas, tivemos problemas com o chuveiro (falta de água, água fria ou os dois) todos os dias.

Great Place to stay in Cusco, quiet, hot showers Even in the evening, very good breakfast. They were super nice and brought a hot water bottle every Night to help with warming the bed. would recommend. It‘s not Luxury but great value for the Money!!!

Als je wilt, krijg je elke avond een warme kruik in je bed. Je kamer heeft een verwarming die je kunt gebruiken én de warmste en krachtigste douche tijdens mijn reis door Peru. Allemaal dingen die voelen als een luxe tijdens de koude nachten in Cusco (of na een lange tour). De dames bij de receptie zijn heel vriendelijk en doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Aanrader dus!
