Dreams House Cusco

Очень милый отель в центре Куско. Небольшой, уютный, в номерах чисто. Средства гигиены - по минимуму, лучше брать с собой. Завтрак скромный, но вкусный. Ночами было холодно, но у меня в номере было два теплых шерстяных одеяла и даже грелка, это очень мило.

The room is very clean. The location is good too.

The only thing is the first floor room is a bit noise as it is close to the reception. Id reommend to stay on the second floor or up.

We spent 4 nights at Dreams House Cusco and then 1 night after we got back from our Inka trail hike. Our experience each time was a caring staff that sought to look after us the whole time. From cleaning our room everyday, offering hot water bottles at night, a very clean establishment, free breakfast, WiFi, ordering a well priced taxi when we were leaving to going out of their way to clarify with our tour operator when something went wrong. On top of all that, the price was very affordable. I can't say enough about our experience here and how much we loved it while we spent time in Cusco and did the Inka trail. They even stored our extra bags while we did the hike. Thank you so much to the staff at Dreams House.

Boa localização, cerca de 700m da praça das armas de Cusco. Camas confortáveis. Foi possível deixar as malas sem custo, na ida até Machu Picchu, retornando ao hotel posteriormente. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã simples mas dentro da expectativa.

Chuveiro é complicado, demorava demais para esquentar a água. As vezes durante o banho, diminuia o fluxo e esfriava. Internet funciona bem até o primeiro andar, nos andares superiores era muito inconstante. Limpeza estava boa na entrada, posteriormente não teve mais limpeza no quarto. Acesso aos quartos somente por escada. Café da manhã, às vezes meio confuso, apenas um funcionário e o mesmo não conseguia atender a todos. A entrada é meio confusa, uma vez que necessita acessar por um portão e uma pequena viela.

O café da manhã é simples, mas é uma delícia! Elas fazem ovos na hora, e tem um suco de laranja que é muito bom!!!
