"Chelsea tower comfortable for value, needs updates and pools not consistent with being open but on the beach"

Close to the beach

The lack of updates in the Chelsea tower but was comfortable for the value and not a single microwave to warm up food or kitchenettes when staying a week for a dance competition that is hosted there and no water refill stations
