Great rooms exec suite, good food great staff. Could improve a little more selection at breakfast. But Ranji n team were great.

Everything but the receptionist

The receptionist gave a weird look with a double meaning smile just because I took the room along with my girlfriend

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and the restaurant service was great. Very well connected to the city and I would highly recommend it especially for those coming from abroad

I liked the size and facilities of the deluxe room. It was pretty spacious with pretty and clean furniture and bathroom. The lighting was great and air conditioning was good. I think the breakfast was good but could have more variety of food.

The superior room with twin beds could have had better facilities and cleanliness. The first floor rooms are barely renovated, so the road noise and traffic were barely shielded by the windows and it was hard to sleep at night. The lamp shade had mold in it. Most of the light switches were connected, so it was hard to have only small lights on at night. I noticed a very big difference between the deluxe and the superior room for not much of a price difference. I would also appreciate having room key cards instead of plain keys for the first floor rooms.

The room was very large (room 101), more like an apartment, which provided plenty of space. The location in Fort Kochi is convenient for exploring the area.

The hotel is in urgent need of modernisation and refurbishment. Overall, it felt very tired and dated. There was a noticeable smell of mould in the room, particularly inside the wardrobe and in the bathroom. Hot water took around 20 minutes to come through. Despite having a large room with a terrace, there was no outdoor furniture provided. There was also no ironing board or iron in the room, and no fan. The reception staff were not particularly helpful. When asking for assistance with arranging a taxi to the airport, it took a long time and required multiple follow-up calls. Eventually, we were quoted a price that was double what we paid by booking ourselves via Uber. Breakfast was very disappointing. There was extremely limited choice, items were not replenished once finished, and by 8:20 am there were no fresh juices left. When asked, we were simply told that they had finished, despite breakfast officially starting at 8:00 am.
