Abad Fort

I really like the services; the staff was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast, dinner, everything was up to mark. Worth the price. I really recommend this place if someone is going to kochi, the only this is distnace from fort kochi could be issue for someone, but still its not that far, easy access to cabs and autos, max 20 minutes drive.

Excellent food at the in house restaurant, good service staff.

The rooms on the second floor are good and well maintained but the ones on the first floor are pretty poor

We booked a suite which was spacious and comfortable, ideal for our purposes. Good shower and comfortable bed. Short auto rickshaw ride to Fort Kochi sites.

Communications were somewhat unclear at times. The key to our room had been taken by the previous guest and there wasn’t a spare - this wasn’t very satisfactory.

Someone at the hotel leaked our payment details, and we received subsequent scam messages to re enter the security number. We reported this, but no one ever got back to us. The rooms were less than clean, the sheets stained and there was someone else’s hair in the bathroom. There was one hairdryer for the entire hotel. The manager was rude and kept hassling for payment days before checking out. Not impressed

Gutes Hotel für den Preis. Grosses, sauberes Zimmer. Betten eher hart. Die Lage ist nicht ganz in der Nähe def Sehenswürdigkeiten.

We had a scam from this hotel twice in the months before arrival. They never responded to either email or WhatsApp or communication via Booking.com. We had to ask for a kettle. We had no fridge when our friend in the next room had both. The hotel didn’t tell us they had a water filter where we could refill our bottles to reduce plastic waste. The deluxe rooms on the first floor are very basic.

お部屋は広く充実していました。家のような感じで明るく、ゆっくり過ごす事ができました。下のレストランはちょっと混んでいましたが、あんかけ焼きそばが美味しく2回食べました。

ドライヤーが常時備え付けでなく借りなくてはいけませんでした。後に取りに来るので朝もう一度使いたい時手元になくて不便でした。
