The Reward Villas

The bed was very comfortable, and place was nicely furnished. Staff was helpful and responsive to our needs. Breakfast was served every morning punctually at our requested time. I find it quite on par with other villas in Bali with much higher rating scores. As for the location, the roads outside can be a bit busy because the Villa is set near the main area of Kerobokan, but that also means that cafes and restaurants are also a short walk away. We enjoyed walking to Livingstone every morning for coffee and pastries. It is definitely not as bad as what the other reviews described. For a Villa with a private pool, it is value for money.

Beautiful property, amazing and friendly staff, close enough to everything that you need.

A bit noisy from work happening outside and general Seminyak hustle and bustle.

Nice private pool, and location was good. Get a scooter easily to canguu. Staff were polite, cleaned room and brought breakfast to Villa as requested.

We were put in a villa right next to construction of other villas. They would start making noise at 7 in the morning and wouldn't finish till 6. While I'm on holiday a sleep in would have been nice. Sounded like they were knocking directly on our walls. Also was very easy for mosquitoes to come through gaps of the door.

The overall cleanliness and upkeep needs to improve alot.

Food was good people where nice

It’s a building site would have been great if they had let me know that before booking dirty and very dusty room. People did seem very nice though

The villa itself was gorgeous. It was a great size, nicely decorated, and the private pool was lovely and not overlooked. The location was good too, within a short walk of some great restaurants. As a new facility, there were a number of teething issues, but I think once they are resolved, this will be a great place to stay.

I think it's a new facility (there was a lot of building work still going on) and there were a number of teething problems… The design of the bathroom meant having a shower would basically flood the room. There was an infestation of ants in the room. Breakfast could only be had in your room, and the remnants would then be left there all day - not ideal given the ants! The room wasn't cleaned unless we asked. We kept having to request toilet paper as we were only ever given one tiny roll at a time. Many of the other villas were still under construction so there was a lot of noise during the day. It was very loud at night - people were up chatting, shouting and laughing outside our room until 2am - we think it was actually the hotel staff and the builders. The receptionists didn't speak great English and we had real trouble trying to communicate most things. The receptionist woke us up by calling our room at 11:10pm to ask if we wanted breakfast the next day. Some general build quality issues like a towel rack that fell off the wall if you hung a towel on it, leaking sink, bath that wobbled etc.
