Clean, convenient location for one night.

All good, easy check-in with good explanation. Useful tips for parking around the corner as well.

They are an extraordinarily lovely couple who cared for us far beyond what you would expect from a host. They made us feel like friends. They were very responsive and attentive. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We also appreciated meeting the original Goldie and Leon, the owners' lovely dogs (although they didn't come in).

Two major complaints: I didn't particularly appreciate having to leave Cernobbio and end my holiday there (but that's my employer's fault, not theirs). Also, it's quite challenging to get a taxi in Cernobbio in the summer: I should have planned everything better in advance.

The room really pretty, clean and spacious. The owners super friendly and supportive when fetching me be and back from the station as I am traveling alone. They are available when you have questions as well.

Dun have lift for luggages but the hosts helped me carry my luggages when I reached there

The hosts were excellent to deal with and responded immediately to any queries. The room was clean and very well designed. Access was easy and well defined prior to us arriving.

Very clean and modern room and friendly hosts, even though we didn’t see them personally they assisted us via WhatsApp and were very nice🤗

very good location, clean, cosy room and bathroom. There were facilities for cofee and tea. Lidl is close.
