The service staff has a good attitude.

The water in the swimming pool is so dirty that the bathtub can't be used in the open air. It is covered with green lichen.The air conditioner is not cold (probably because of air leakage in the room)

We loved this location just outside Ubud. We were able hire a scooter from the hotel really easily and there is a little shop for any extras you need over the road. The room size is brilliant and it was lovely having breakfast brought to us each morning to eat outside. I actually still miss that part of the holiday. Staff were just brilliant
