Accueil très chaleureux ! Panha et Pasey ont été super gentilles avec moi ! La chambre est très propre et bien équipée avec la clim ! Et la piscine est ouverte de 9h à 21h ! Je recommande a 100%

Incredible value for money stay, in the heart of Siem Reap. It blew my mind how affordable this luxury stay was, given it's walking distance to pub street. The room was lovely and spacious with a very comfortable bed and premium bathroom. The pool was an oasis within the property - a great place to cool off and unwind. The staff were excellent, very attentive and went above and beyond to enhance our stay. I also really liked the free afternoon tea on offer, as a little pick me up to get through the day.

The air con was ok, but wasn't at the level of the rest of the hotel.

Hotel situato in una zona tranquilla a due passi dal centro. La struttura offre ogni comfort: ristorante, piscina, pool bar e spa, oltre ad accompagnare i clienti per qualsiasi evenienza. Menzione d’onore per lo staff: il livello di preparazione è degno dei migliori standard, il personale è estremamente cortese, preparato e sempre sorridente! Raccomando al 100% The Urban per un soggiorno a Siem Reap!

The welcome drink 🍹 The pool and the Jacuzzi 💦💦 The real peaceful "natural" environment of the hotel was majestic! Lovely grounds and the sounds of birds and frogs making sounds at night was lovely 👍 The flowers individually made 🌹🌷 2 minutes walk from Pub Street so right in the heart of Siem Reap, but very very quiet giving a great night's sleep 💤💤 The staff are absolutely amazingly nice, some of the best I've ever met in all my years of travelling Asia. Nothing too much trouble and treated like a VIP at all times 🤗

Only that I couldn't stay longer 😂

Мне все очень понравилось. Красивый и уютный отель, удобная кровать, мягкие подушки. Приятная территория и радушный персонал. Если ещё приеду в Сием рип, то без сомнения останусь тут) Большое спасибо команде отеля за то, что сделали пребывание лёгким🙏
