The Urban

The location, the room, pool area and especially the staff were great. They were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this place again.

The only negative is, that the wifi was bad (except in the workspace)

Customer service is top notch!!!! Every single staff is very attentive. We felt like celebrities considering it’s a relatively very reasonably priced hotel Everything was very very clean and even the restaurant food was very good

The shower and toilet had a little leak but they were fixed asap and another staff even stayed to make sure the handyman did his job very well

great hotel , location and staff , they gave us late checkout with a great rate. they provided a pickup from the bus station early morning. the hotel is really nice

The only minor downside was that the shower was not separated from the rest of the bathroom, which made the floor quite wet and messy after each shower.

• As mentioned to the staff, for me the curtains didn't provide sufficient cover. I had to use sleep mask after sunrise due to brightness in room. • Very limited strength equipment in gym (so I didn't consider using it) • No smart TV

The staff all very nice especially Panha and Marita . The rooms very good. The pool amazing.

Es gab keine separate Dusche . Wenn man dich geduscht hat war das ganze Badezimmer inkl. WC nass. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer

The property and my room were both nice and kept very clean. The staff here are warm, smiling, and friendly. They were very helpful to me during my visit, and I want to give a specific mention to Ra for the good service.

There is nothing to complain about; the staff made sure everything went smoothly during my visit.
