The location was excellent — just 5 to 10 minutes from the local supermarket, parking, restaurants, and beaches. The apartment looks exatly the way as it does on the pictures. It was clean, well-equipped, and I really liked its style. After a long drive, I enjoyed a hot shower, a cozy bed, and a morning coffee in the lovely private garden. My dog also loved spending time in the garden, especially napping in the shade. This part of the city has a unique charm, with narrow, winding streets that climb steeply or drop suddenly — it’s easy to get lost, but that only adds to the adventure. The hilly landscape appeals to those with a bold spirit who seek adventure and new horizons. The local houses are picturesque, including ours, as well as scenic views over the Adriatic, and antique villas. All that gives the area a distinct sense of character and sence of timeless elegance.

The only issue with this beautiful place is parking if you're visiting by car. It's best to use nearby parking lots rather than trying to park right at the front door — or at least somewhere close by. It will cost you a lot of money.

Attention to details and specious apartment! Comfortable bed and great linens . Beautiful decor and functional kitchen ! Feels like a separate house with the garden! Coffee,tea and a sweet treats ! Love it !! Wonderfull and caring host !!

there is some charm of the apartment,its seems really old with the fireplace in the centre but were concern if its work properly so didnt put a fire on.great location,just few min walk to super nice beach front

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely small apartment in Opatija. The apartment was very comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. One of the highlights was the old stone fireplace—it added a lyrical and romantic charm to the space, making the evenings truly special. The host was incredibly helpful, always available when needed and offering great local tips. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and delightful experience in Opatija!

While the stay was mostly pleasant, there were a few issues. The sofabed was quite uncomfortable and nearly unusable, which made sleeping a bit challenging. The small outside garden could use a bit more attention and arrangement. Additionally, the location in the old town meant there was no parking directly at the apartment, although there are parking options available a few hundred meters away.

This small apartment is a hidden paradise and a jewelery box. It’s close to everything. Medveja Beach is just a 20-minute drive away. The apartment was clean, with a new air conditioner, and the owner Jenny was incredibly kind and hospitable. The church bells ring every day at 7:00 AM, so there was always space at the beach, which that we liked. The fireplace had an incredibly romantic charm. We can only recommend it. We hope we will still once back again.

The apartment is located on the garden side. The place is simply magical... stylishly furnished and comfortable to use. In my opinion, a lot of practical amenities. It is very pleasant to sit in the garden in the evening. Peace, quiet and a sky full of stars. Great location, close to a beautiful beach. Also shops and restaurants in close proximity. I recommend!

No curtain on the glass front door (but this is apparently temporary).
