The location is excellent, very close to the sea and small charming harbour of Volosko. Definitely the "it" second home for exploring Opatija and Kvarner bay.

The location is great, beaches and water are close. The bakery is right below the apartment. It’s just enough big for two.

There’s no AC and in this time and weather that’s insane. Also when showering with hot water it’s really loud and disturbing. The couch is nice to look at but noone can sleep on that.

The fireplace would be a nice feature in winter.

Difficult access, no parking, no Air conditioning, outgrown garden, too far away from the centre of OpAtija.

Location is ok

Smell of a smoke is everywhere as that fireplace never been cleaned. It’s hard to sleep in there with all that smell. Also all sheets and towels are not white like should be. A lot of used stuff around from previous guests so it’s not very clean. There is a lot of room for improvement.

We adored the private yard – a rare find in the heart of the city, especially for travelers with a four-legged friend like ours. It offered a tranquil green space that was perfect for our needs. The open fireplace was another highlight, creating a magical ambiance that enhanced our enjoyment of the space. We also greatly appreciated the quality coffee provided, as well as the excellent amenities for our dog. She was treated to a cozy bed, food bowls, and even some treats – it truly made her feel at home during our stay.

Due to the unfavorable weather conditions, we ended up spending a considerable amount of time inside the apartment. We felt that a slightly more comfortable couch would have been appreciated during our extended stays indoors.
