Upon check in we noticed that the bed sheets were not changed, human hair, and the room not clean.

For $500/night I expected non polyester sheets, and a clean room upon arrival and a clean every day.

Nice amenities inside the room- kettle, coffee/tea, etc. Comfortable bed. Great closet space. Great concept with mix of hotel/apartment/social club.

Offer Phone charger and Water in room. A second body wash please. TV could be onto a media set with casters so that one can roll it around and place in front of bed, porch, etc.

Location Size of room

Staff responses needs improvement. For the price the room should be cleaned at lease once every other day. No body wash when I arrived as well.
