the location is good, the building has potential, the staff is nice but not trained

you can feel the lack of management. The staff is nice but they don't know what to do and they aren't trained. The bathroom wasn't clean, the terrace is abandoned and really dirty. it's sad because the place is nice. Looks like a good manager is missing there.
