Staff’s are are very good.

1.Only tea was available, No coffee or black tea. 2.Only two numbers of items. 3.Dental kit, saving kit and bath kit was not available as shown in the list during booking through online. 4.Housekeeping not done.

I booked a hotel on booking.com, when I arrived at the hotel the hotel informed that the booking has been cancelled by the booking.com. I messaged the hotel on the app informing of my time of arrival, etc, got back an automated message that I need to pay in advance (with no details where to pay, if outside of booking). I replied that I have added the card details on the booking and the money can be deducted and I can also pay on booking before arrival but I received no response from the hotel. After a while received the same automated message again. I reached out to booking and they informed that the booking has not been cancelled and all should be fine. The staff was rude, also some hotel manager spoke to me on the phone screaming. If possible always avoid staying here.
