"Disappointed. This property has the potential to be great but needs a good clean and maintenance!"

-Good central location -plenty of room for a family -Easy to check in keys in lock box. -great shower and lots of towels provided.

Photos do not reflect condition of property. -damp areas -sash window broken downstairs and could just be opened from outside (I had to try and fix with a screw I found and a knife!). -furniture tired, missing handles sticky tables. -drawers/cupboards filled with random rubbish and things that needs to be sorted/thrown. -broken and missing blinds. -dishwasher full of dirty dishes on arrival. -rubbish left outside.

"Poor facilities and Rude Host"

Location and easy access to the quay

We have made a complaint as one room (twin room) didn't have any curtains or blinds. Messaged host and said it was broken yesterday. I said needs to be fixed and she said if dont like can leave. The other blinds in bedrooms didn't work and had to hand roll them. Complaint officially made through booking.com and waiting for feedback.

"Budget friendly and decent stay"

House was clean with comfy beds and all the items you need in the kitchen. Property is very close to the beach like 5mins walk. All takeaways and shops were close to the house.

There was no proper communication on the heater working. It was getting cold during evening and heaters were not ON. We tried best to contact the owner on first day but they didnt help much after trying a lot heater started but only fr 2 hours. Next day even worse, no heater atall! Owner didnt send any pictures about where the thermostat was located and didnt help much. Otherwise all was fine.

The property was comfortable to sleep in after having a tiring day. We did like the property but some facilities are not working properly.

We have problem using the shower, we have to shower in a cold water in a cold weather. This is really bad , we are unhappy cuz we contacted the host but unfortunately we are unable to reach them. The property was clean was when we get inside it smell of cigarrete. We have to opened all the windos for hours let a fresh air in. Window blinds are broken , some of them we have to pull it down and up manually.
