Its just a great place for a family to go have fun and relax

There is no remedy against noisy upstairs neighbors. Do not under any circumstances request a downstairs unit unless you are comfortable putting up with very thin floors and excited kids running rampant around exhausted parents all night, thundering across the floors.

Sofa bed was broken.

Absolutely everything, the major fact is the kid friendly aspect

I loved everything

Good location of the property and our room location was great, just a couple of buildings from the pools, and activities. The room was spacious clean and had a good size refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer.

When you check in it entails 3 stops. First, the registration desk where they give you a room key. Second stop, I was told we would get the parking pass but I haven't figured out this stop because they just escorted us to the concierge desk. Third stop, the concierge, they ask what attractions you are planning on doing then tell you they will give you free tickets worth $100, but you have to sit through a 90 minute presentation where Wyndham is trying to sell you some kind of a vacation time share and they asked if 9:15 in the morning would work for us. I didn't book with them to be SOLD a vacation time share, I just expected a hotel where I could relax for my vacation. They don't give you the parking pass until you talk to the concierge (we felt like we were held hostage because we said "NO THANKS" and they didn't like it that we didn't want to participate and get free tickets). The only other thing we didn't like and haven't figured out is why the towels were always damp and left lint all over your body. FYI - this is a vacation rental so they don't change out the towels or linens.
