"Superbe studio bien situé tout près du lac de Côme"

L'emplacement fabuleux, tout près du lac, de l'embarcadère de Blevio, d'un super restaurant.... Logement confortable très bien aménagé avec une superbe terrasse.

Les équipements de la cuisine sont un peu limités.( pas de congélateur dans le frigo, pas de grille pain, peu d'ustensiles et cafetière trop petite ! )

Location is good

No proper bed provided. Staff connection is very poor, you cannot get any help from him. Checkout time is very early(9am) which is not nice.

"Beautiful location and view / swim from the garden. Very clean and neat."

Location at the waterfront, able to swim. Great view from the garden and being able to refresh yourself in Lake Como when it is + 30 degrees is a a huge benefit!

No coffee machine? Bed is a sofa, but of high quality! Was not so clear from booking and hence we scored price/quality lower.

"Authentic Italian experience"

Easy check-in, great location and fabulous area. I loved the old building and modern interior. Kitchen is well equipped, air conditioner is great to have in summer time. The balcony is great bonus to relax and enjoy the garden view. Foreigners who are not used with narrow streets and serpentines better rent a small car :)

As working traveller I would appreciate WIFI.
