Una magnolia in Cademartori

Easy check-in, great location and fabulous area. I loved the old building and modern interior. Kitchen is well equipped, air conditioner is great to have in summer time. The balcony is great bonus to relax and enjoy the garden view. Foreigners who are not used with narrow streets and serpentines better rent a small car :)

As working traveller I would appreciate WIFI.

Newly furnished apartment with air-conditioning, clean and had everything we needed for a 3-day stay. It was very quiet and close to the lake, nice for a short evening walk, but quite far from everything. We had bikes so we used them for transportation. Otherwise you need to use your car. Big advantage is a parking slot just in front of the apartment.

It is quite difficult to reach without a car as the road is longer and up &down in a hill so just be aware when booking. The apartment is direcly below the roof so can be pretty hot in hot weather, despite air conditioning. The host did not send instructions ahead of the stay which would make our life easier, so check details before your stay. But we were lucky he took the phone when we called him. Also be aware wifi is not there, it is declared on the booking site but we did not realize during booking.

The location is superb with great access to the lake. The apartment itself is modern with nice interior. The balcony adds the extra touch. The check-in was easy and uncomplicated. Will come back to this apartment soon!

Wifi, coffee machine, and basic cooking equipment (salt, pepper, etc.) is missing but doesn't ruin the experience

The price-quality ratio is fair enough. The apartment is located almost at the lake, the surrounding area is indescribably beautiful! We arrived late enough, so the owner left the keys in a box near the gate and sent a clear video instruction in the Whatsapp, where we also sent our documents for registration upon check-in. There was no iron in the apartment, but thank you very much to the owner that after our request he was able to deliver it the next day. Also, despite the fact that the apartment has a sofa bed, and not an ordinary bed, it was very comfortable to sleep! Communication with other towns-villages of Como is good, a 10-minute walk from the house there is a bus stop that runs quite often. Also there is a amazing restaurant with a great view 5 min walk from the apartment.

When we arrived, we found that there was no WiFi in the apartment. There was also no toilet paper, but it was brought the next day. There is nothing but dishes in the kitchen, so if you want to cook something like an omelet for breakfast, you will even have to buy salt, pepper, etc. I think that such basic things should still be in the apartment. There are no shops in the village of Blevio itself, so it is better to buy food in the city of Como.

Modern facilities. Clean space. Lovely property. Short bus ride to downtown.

It was difficult to contact the host when we arrived. He did not respond to texts.

Perfect apartment, good location (beautiful and right in front of the lake). Clean, comfortable, small but cozy. Wonderful big terrace. And big thanks for the washing machine, fridge, air conditioning and all necessary tableware.

Nice place on a quiet secluded property.

Place is really a studio and the bed is a pullout couch. The kitchen has no basic spices like salt and pepper, or any oils so if you plan on cooking, make sure to bring some. No soap in the bathroom, not even for washing your hands.

Great location, only few meters from the shores of lake Como. This newly refurbished studio apartment is in a gated property and comes with a parking spot. Very well equipped and the washing-machine was a big bonus. The sleeping couch was of high quality and comfortable. There is a nice restaurant only few minutes walk from the apartment but it was unfortunately closed because of a private party when we wanted to visit. The host communicates in Italian via the booking.com messenger forum, he brought the key at the arranged time and give us some instructions. Nice balcony that offers a glimpse on lake Como. Great value for money.

Not ideal for those who have difficulties with climbing stairs, no wifi, a coffeemaker would have been nice.
