Very small room has just the bed no view at all you don’t have even chair in the room

The location is fantastic, situated in the Achrafieh district, one of Beirut's most prestigious neighborhoods. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my room had a wonderful view. Plus, and most importantly for me, there was free parking.

While the parking is free, it only accommodates seven cars, so I doubt it can be sufficient to all the vehicles if the occupancy rate is high. Another point: the reception staff were respectful and courteous but lacked smiles. If you're a guest, seeing cheerful faces is important to you, and this could be a source of discomfort. I hope the hotel improves this aspect, as it's crucial to hospitality standards.

Excellent stay! The hotel is calm, very clean, and truly luxurious. The staff is extremely friendly, the ambiance relaxing and elegant, and the pool area is just perfect. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing

This was my third visit to this hotel, and it keeps winning me over. The viewing deck offers a peaceful perch to soak in the cityscape, while the workout facilities and pool are top-notch—perfect for unwinding or energizing, depending on your mood. Nestled just far enough from Beirut’s bustling traffic, the hotel strikes a perfect balance: close to stunning landmarks and mouthwatering restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I loved being able to stroll to local markets and a nearby shopping mall without ever needing a taxi. The continental breakfast was a daily highlight—plenty of delicious choices, and the staff crafted espresso drinks exactly to my liking. It felt personal, not just polished. I’m particular about air conditioning, and this place delivers. I could set it to a cool 18°C, making sleep effortless even in the summer heat. One of the underrated perks? The guests. Every time I’ve stayed, I’ve met polite, interesting travelers. It’s the kind of place that attracts thoughtful people, and that makes the atmosphere feel even more refined.
