I really enjoyed my stay at Tilia Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, not just doing their job but actually caring. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet, which made it easy to relax. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and warm — it honestly feels more like a home than a hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Beirut.

the staff are very friendly, we came back everyday to a spotless room, the location is pretty central and walking distance to many food places.

- Only two of the electrical outlets in the room were functional; the others did not work. - The door lock mechanism with the cards is unnecessarily confusing and frustrating to use when locking and unlocking. - The doors are not sufficiently soundproof, and because the rooms are very close to one another, noise from neighboring guests entering and exiting was quite disruptive.

Le cadre de la chambre et l’ambiance générale n’étaient pas agréables : la lumière, très blanche, rappelait celle d’un laboratoire, et l’isolation thermique de la chambre était insuffisante, nécessitant l’utilisation de la climatisation pour se chauffer, car aucun chauffage n’était disponible. L’eau chaude mettait du temps à arriver à chaque douche et le débit était relativement faible. Il fallait également demander le renouvellement des serviettes et la mise à disposition de bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre.

This place is definitely not the last time we’ll be staying here. The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean. They’re also very well-equipped. It’s highly recommended for families and groups. The staff is amazing. Special thanks to Alain for making our stay perfect.
