Не часто хочется поставить максимальную оценку отелю, но это тот самый случай, когда хочется :) На самом деле, всё отлично. И расположение в Ашрафия - христанском районе, уютном, красивом и спокойным. Можно быть спокойным, что сюда ничего не прилетит ночью. Отдельной благодарности достоин персонал отеля. Особенно, девушка Ульяна, у которой русский язык - второй родной :) Помогла решить все вопросы. Продлили номер на половину суток в конце, организовали бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта. Убирались каждый день. Свежие полотенца, каждый день новые шампуни, мыло. Чистота!!! Приходили в отель как домой после насыщенной программы. Народу в отеле было мало - но это общий тренд в Ливане сейчас. В общем, Tilia - один из самых позитивных моментов нашего путешествия по Ливану и Сирии. Спасибо!

"CC'est parfait, confortable et surtout calme, et le personnel est aimable et accueillant."

Un endroit paisible et un personnel très accueillant et serviable ; chacun est à l’écoute et prodigue de précieux conseils. Bref, une ambiance familiale.

La seule chose qui me désole dans la situation au Liban, c'est que le petit-déjeuner n'est pas servi sous forme de buffet.

From day one, we arrived at the hotel and were warmly greeted by the staff. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and everything needed to make our stay as pleasant as expected. The gym and rooftop are fantastic. The location is perfect—close to ABC Achrafieh Mall and just a 10-minute ride to Mar Mikhael, Gemmayzeh, and many great restaurants. Trillio will definitely be our go-to place for future visits to Beirut. Thank you for the wonderful time we had here!
