The hotel was amazing and incredibly relaxing. It was very clean, and the staff were humble and welcoming. A special thanks to the night manager, who made us feel right at home 🏡

Location is ok The facility was clean The staff were very helpful and did try to make our stay comfortable . The recommendation for the supposed to be a knowledgeable guide was not great . He was a dangerous driver with little knowledge apart from adding another passenger plus his girlfriend . And drinking beer claiming is just water but has Gin in the side pocket . Pretty expensive trip with him.

Two days no hot water . They would not credit me or refund me . There is no restaurant . The power outlets are in the wrong places for us to make coffee The night manager was not very helpful I did not like his interaction .

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room good size with balcony city view. My flight was in the evening the staff were very kind and let me stay well past the checkout time . Overalls worthwhile find for a stay

أولا وقبل كل شيئ التعامل الأكثر من رائع من موظفي الاستقبال وأخص السيد إيلان بالشكر على كل جهوده لجعل إقامتنا مريحه جدا .. موقع الفندق في منطقه هادئه ويوجد حوله سوبرماركت ومحلات . . الشقه نظيفه ومريحه ويتوفر بها كل الاحتياجات .. البلكونه لها إطلاله جميله على الجبل والأجمل الإطلاله من سطح الفندق .. شكرا لإدارة الفندق وأكيد سيكون مكان إقامه في الزيارات القادمه
