Proximity, all facilities, staff, room size and buffet

The room had stale air circulating and no fresh air. We could see dust and mould on the screens. Although, all other facilities were available and staff were great. Due to lack of fresh air, we could not sleep well and had a headache the next day. They should install a dehumidifier and air purifier within their rooms for circulation of fresh air.

"Great location for early flights - free shuttle service to airport - very clean - staff very helpful"

As we had an early flight the location was great and we were taken by the complimentary shuttle service to the airport at 6am. We were too early for breakfast but we were given a 'packed breakfast' to take with us. Hotel was very clean. Staff very helpful.

"Good Hotel and staff close to the airport"

Friendly staff and a comfortable stay close to the airport which is great after a long flight. I left some airline ear buds in the hotel room and when I checked out the staff came out to footpath outside to return them. Honesty……fantastic.

All was good.
