Very friendly and supportive personnel. Nice food in restaurant and rather manageable spice wise

The nights were not always quiet. Floor of shower was slippery

good breakfast, great location if you're flying in or out.

bed is not a real king bed. They put two twin beds next to each other. I would prefer a queen bed instead. There is no AC coming into the bathroom, therefore its stuffy, hot and with expected odor

Ideal place for a short stay close to Kochi airport. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was very convenient.

location is super close (within minutes when driving) to the airport, the bonus of a shuttle is much appreciated when arriving late at night, staff very helpful and polite, rooms super clean, a breakfast that is more than a continental is lovely.

the night i arrived, it did take a surprisingly long time to reach someone for shuttle service - not sure if they were busy at that time and couldn't answer the calls and texts? but, eventually, just when i was about to give up, someone did answer and, after a few questions about my location, the shuttle was there immediately. may just have been a fluke experience.
