Location, pet friendliness, big room and porch, and a big comfortable bed.

Bathroom could’ve been maintained better.

We loved our stay here! It was relaxing and the rooms are designed to stay true to Goa’s natural surroundings. Great location away from the hustle and crowds of the beach nearby. Great breakfast options and staff are super helpful.

We experienced some issues with the shower not working and plumbing issues affecting the use of the toilet flush which was inconvenient at times.

The location is great, a short walk to the beach.. the property has a lovely tree cover that makes the space very cosy and warm.. the rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the staff is super helpful

The wooden chalets are really exotic. Spacious, clean & well equipped with all basic amenities. Specifically the bathrooms are gigantic with 2 separate handwash basins. The property is covered with lots of trees so it is serene & peaceful around. Just a min walking distance to Agonda beach. The hotel staff is really helpful and polite. The food is also very tasty. Wi-Fi works well. Another best part is that there are 2 Shih Tzu pups & an Indie 🐶 at the property. You’ll enjoy their company a lot. I’ll definitely plan to book Exotica Agonda for my future trips to South Goa.

There’s no network to Airtel in the Agonda beach area. So it’s not hotels problem but just mentioning about it.

Wi-Fi wasn’t that stable at all, but quite manageable The garden and restaurant areas can be maintained well, by trimming the grass

I loved my 5 nights workation stay at Exotica Agonda a lot. The bungalow was exceptionally clean, bed was comfy, bathroom is spacious. The area is well maintained and green. They offer a limited breakfast menu, but everything I tried was fresh and good. But what I loved the most was the staff. Very helpful and caring. Despite the end of the season they went to the market for some fresh fish to cook a dinner for me. And these dinners were so delicious! Also there are 4 cute doggos living at the area, had a lot of fun playing with them. I would recommend Agonda Exotica for sure!

The only thing was WiFi, it was not always stable and fast, but still enough for working.
