The location was good and in walkable distance from Lake and Anna park

The price was high for the facilities and the breakfast provided. The taxi they arranged was also very expensive for local side seeing

Great location very near to the lake and most attractions. Lake is just a stone's throw away, Most of the viewpoints Pagoda and Lady's seat are not very far. Yercaud is a small town, and the location of the hotel is very convenient for sightseeing. Rooms are very good and neat. Toiletries good as well. Staff is good and never had any major issues with service. Lift facility is a great feature. Campfire was a good touch but for a very short duration of one hour. Dedicated in premises car parking is a big plus.

Basic restaurant and very limited breakfast menu - served in a separate room adjacent to the hotel. A fully functional restaurant would help as there is only one veg restaurant Saravana Bhavan Elite nearby which is always crowded and expensive for the quality served. Sweet Potato a multicuisine veg restaurant has very good reviews is a bit far and we could not try it since the traffic was very bad. But one can order tea/coffee and limited snacks. Wi-Fi speed is pathetic and needs improvement, works in patches. Entry to the hotel is via steps which could be inconvenient for older people, there is an alternate way through the car entry/exit side which is steep.

Good location, neat property, lift availability,

No restaurant attached, no room service, unprofessional staff, no service after occupation, no travel desk, no airport dropping/cab provision despite we are ready bear expenditure. May be because of newly established hotel. Lot of good properties available for same price.
