"Good economic rooms but needs some quick fix on facilities."

We couldnt get running hot water which was very unpleasant in the cold Yercaud climate. They have to find a solution for that quickly. The toilet is bit smelly which also impacted our stay

"Best hotel stay in Yercaud"

Hospitality of the entire staffs were good. The location is very close to Lake and easy to access all major site seeing places from here. Its just 7 months old property. The room along with balcony view is awesome. Total privacy guaranteed

At first when contacted directly for reservations, the hotel informed they take only online booking and no direct booking. So we went ahead with reservation on booking.com and received confirmation. Hotel declined our booking inspite of having confirmed reservation from booking.com. This was informed to us only when we called to make certain arrangements. Only after our call they had checked there is a booking from booking.com. To us it is very difficult to trust such establishment, especially when plan was to travel with family.
