The property was modern light and airy. The bed was very comfortable. The building was clean and in a perfect location for us.

The property was exceptionally clean and well-presented. It is very well-placed for visiting the university and is within a short distance from the city centre. The journey to the city centre is very pleasant, either walking or by public transport. The accommodation was very comfortable, with fantastic furnishings and comfortable beds. Appliances were in good condition and available for out use. Fari was a fantastic host, being incredibly informative, helpful, thoughtful and kind. We could not have asked for anyone better.

There was nothing we didn't like. Some other places that we have stayed have left a small welcome pack of milk, bread, etc. This would have been helpful after a long journey. This was not listed and was therefore not at all expected, just something that we have appreciated previously.

Host was helpful via message and communication was good. The apartment was clean and bright.

We had no way to control the heating (which was underfloor and delightful) so we got a bit too hot and there is only one small window in the living area. If you're sleeping on the sofa bed the light will wake you up in the morning as there is no way to cover any of the windows.

Very clean with lots of amities. Host was very responsive and flexible within reason for check in and check out. For the property and cost it was excellent value.

The Little Paddock is a very good base for a visit to Bath. Host Fari was an excellent communicator, resolving a minor issue we had in the well-appointed and furnished apartment. It is a smart home-from-home on the edge of the city, but a quite short journey into the centre.
