The location is extremely quiet yet conveniently close to central Bath. Fari is an exceptionally good host, and the apartment was extremely clean with a very comfortable lounge area. There is good separation between the two bedrooms, so it is also ideal for two couples or a family. The eclectic furnishings and art work really add to the experience of staying there. We have been fortunate to do a lot of global travel and The Little Paddock is a rare gem that will not disappoint visitors to Bath.

Only issue was the key code was incorrect. Rang the host and he gave us the correct code and a a free drink at a local bar. The host offered us a lift into town the next day, very accommodating. Property was lovely, stylish, spacious and clean. Perfect for our needs, would definitely book again.

Only niggle was that the property was adjoined to the main property by an internal window. although there was privacy film over the bottom part, it didn't stop the noise, or the ability for someone to look over the top.

Perfect location for our trip as we needed close access to the uni. Very comfortable stay, lovely place. The owner was very helpful, accommodating and more than happy to help us with any query we have.
