The Little Paddock

The Little Paddock is in a great location, a short distance away from the centre of Bath. The property is warm, comfortable & inviting. It feels very luxurious, the decor is stunning. Fari is a great host- welcoming and responsive. Would thoroughly recommend for a break in this beautiful part of the world.

We didn't want to leave here! We opened the door and it looked stunning. We couldn't have been happier. Loved the artwork and books. This property had the two things I look for when choosing somewhere to stay - it was clean and modern. Beds were comfy and the rooms were even nicer than the photos show. Fari was the best host from start to finish. He was there to help at any time and was really friendly. I would 100% recommend this property.

Beautiful interior with more or less everything you need. Easy check-in and check-out (hassle free). Great host and great communication. Very close to bus stop which takes you straight to the City Centre and back. Beautiful work if you prefer to walk.

A really lovely property really close to the university. Comfortable and clean. Good amenities

This is an annex to the host’s house. Spacious rooms with design decoration. Host is very helpful and friendly.

Dishwashing machine doesn’t work. Out of hot water in the morning as the boiler was time out. Buses were full in the late afternoon , we had to walk to the city centre.
