The location is great,walking distance to other restaurants and clubs.The redbus station is only a robot away.

The pillows are old need to be changed. The coffee machine did not have capsules, I could not make coffee.

I booked this property in December as I needed a place to stay in town after working until late at an event. I arrived at 11pm hoping to have a smooth check in, when the receptionist had asked me to provide more details on my booking. I then contacted the property with the number on the confirmation link, to which the owners had said the property has had some damages and they have cancelled the booking on their end at 17:00, but on my end it still showed as confirmed. The hotel was fully booked as this was the 28th of December and any other available properties costed an arm and a leg. It’s currently mid Feb and I still haven’t been reimbursed. Absolutely terrible experience.

Ruined my holiday

I booked The Tokyo Aparthotel expecting a comfortable stay, only to be met with deception and a complete lack of professionalism. Just before my arrival, I was informed that my room had water damage. They reassigned me to The Duke Aparthotel, which I agreed to after reviewing the details they provided via a link and WeTransfer. However, when I arrived straight from the airport, The Duke had no record of my reservation. Instead, without my consent, they had moved me to One Thaibolt Square. The room at One Thaibolt Square was a complete joke—tiny, windowless, with no functioning WiFi, and a shower door that didn’t close properly, forcing me to clean up water every time I used it. The so-called "pool" is nothing more than a shadowy, enclosed space on the third floor with zero sun—completely useless, and the main reason I booked The Tokyo in the first place. The most infuriating part? I had booked The Tokyo Aparthotel at a 50% discount, which was the only reason I chose this property. Instead, I was thrown into a subpar room that costs significantly less than what I originally paid, meaning they downgraded me and kept the difference. Absolutely disgraceful. I have reached out demanding a response and a credit to my account.

The unit was clearly dirty

Everything was perfect with the apartment...

We arrived at 11h30 at cape Town....we called after we landed to arranged for our bags ...he agreed and we went straight to the apartment when we reached the we were not help ..we called the guy again he told us he can't be to help us and we must wait for him until 14h00..at that time the apartment was empty no one book for previous night...we camp for those hours at wimpy with our luggage...bad service!

I didn’t like that they didn’t have a space to accommodate smoking.
