The Arches Dunedin

Sandra had fantastic communication, and great detailed information how to get to the property. The fire was on and the house so warm and toasty to arrive to. The extra bonus of electric blankets on all the best was a lovely surprise. The house was perfect for our sports team and adult supervisors.

The oven tray provided was too big for the oven! However, there were other cooking options that we could pivot to, so not the end of the world. :) Great oven, dishwasher and fridge all in tiptop condition.

The location was amazing. The house was so warm and plenty of space everywhere. We all really enjoyed our stay there. It was “ Perfect “

There was nothing not to like at this property.

Quiet, peaceful, room to move, wood burner, outside area good. Comfortable warm beds and hot water kept coming for showering. Bird song in the morning 😃

On city edge in the hills so need transport.

Hands down our favourite place we stayed in Dunedin. SO much space! It was perfect for us and our two girls plus my mum who came with us. We could have easily had 7 more people stay with all the room! Sandra supplied everything we needed and delivered firewood to the door. The beds were the comfiest we had on our entire trip. We thought The Arches is a homely and cosy “90’s mansion”. The country setting away from the lights and sounds of town made for a very peaceful atmosphere. Thank you Sandra!

Sandra was warm, helpful, and always responded promptly. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the surroundings were lovely. Highly recommended.
