"At first the hotel was very disappointing, once we were moved to a different room, it was better but still a few issues."

At the ocean, has its own beach access, shower for after beach time, laundry room, allows pets, and actual keys.

Front desk staff personnel were kind of rude, didn’t want to help with issues at first until I called booking.com for resolution, did not look up to greet me when I walked in the door. Showers too small, costs too much per night, ac units were rusted and loud. The first room was not what I asked for plus had no working outlets or a sliding door that locked.

Extremely clean, beach side, great staff

This is beyond anyone’s control and things happen but over message I was told I could do an early check in for a little over 30 dollars but once I got there they weren’t offering early check in, like I said it was beyond anyone’s control. They were short staffed.
