No elevator and being on the 3rd floor with a friend with a bad hip was awful!

The only thing we liked was the ocean front view from the one room and balcony.

The entire room reeked of urine, then they attempted to freshen it up with an equally putrid air freshener, which we suspect they sprayed into the window air conditioner. Although we called the after hours number at 2:20am, it rolled over to voice mail. Although we left a message, it was never responded to, even the next day. The office was to open at 8:00 but no one showed until after 9:00. When they opened, I complained about the foul smells and their only response was no pets had been in that room for weeks!?!? Although they allowed me to check out early without charging for the remaining nights, my credit card was charged, without informing me, for the entire 3-night reservation cost due to it being a “non-refundable reservation.”

the beachfront location. the desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. they were the best part of the stay.

The rooms are outdated, carpet was damp and had an odor. I realize the hotel is older, however it needs to be renovated.

Está frente ala playa a 4 minutos de las atracciones de Carolina beach nos encanto que nuestro carro estaba aparcado justo frente a nuestra puerta nos encantó en la primera planta sin duda volveremos a este lugar la chica de recepción fue muy amable las camas son doble grandes como la queen y muy cómodas ay 3 grill de carbon al lado de la piscina por si gustas cocinar algo con dos mesas para esa área de cocina nos encantó el muelle súper cerca
