Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, das Personal sehr freundlich. Check-in und check-out sehr einfach. Praktisch, dass man Essen und Getränke unten bestellen kann.

Schon etwas abgewohnt - trotzdem sauber und bequem. Leider kein Lift - schwierig mit schwerem Gepäck. Leider nur wenige Parkplätze vor dem Haus. W-Lan ist ausgefallen (1 Abend: super, dann Totalausfall)

"Do not stay here. Not safe."

Room & bathroom clean & tidy.

Incompetent admin of room booking. Staff twice in early hours opened our room door thinking someone else was booked in. Manager couldn’t be bothered to phone me to discuss and investigate.

Noisy train behind kings norton train station and very hot rooms and needs air conditioning and tea coffee facility

"Perfect for a stay during a festival"

The staff were wonderful and really pleasant. The room was clean and tidy and just what we needed. Breakfast is available and is delicious.

Would have loved coffee/tea making facilities
