Absolutely nothing. Oh wait errrr.... Nope nothing. Oh! Oh! Yes one thing.... The exit...

Absolutely everything. The place should be bulldozed. Nothing but an HMO. DIRTY DIRTY PLACE. The air fresheners must have been weed as that's all it smelt of. No aerial lead in the back of TV. Manager on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Walls, filthy marks all over them. Limescaled shower heads. Mouldy shower cubicles, broken blinds, windows that don't close, no mention of noisy railway line. WTF????? NO KETTLE???? The barmaid after much wrangling managed to 'find an aerial lead' Kitchen not open despite food promotion everywhere. Chef turned up late for breakfast. Had to get hot drink from the co-op. No mattress or pillow protectors. Noisy people running up and down the stairs. Slamming doors where door closers not set properly..... Toilet roll holder on the wall BEHIND the toilet??? Holes in the window blind, no chord to close the window blind and edge of blind looked like a rat had chewed it..... Broken light switches, toilet brushes with poo and tissue on them. Broken toilet seat lid. Broken shower handle door. Ripped towels. Nowhere to hang anything as no hooks or hangers. No sink plug.... Shouldn't be advertised as suitable for families with the smell of weed and pool team members threatening each other in the foyer. Nowhere to leave the key, due to chef being late. It's fair to say the worst cheap and cheerful (not cheerful at all) place we've ever had the misfortune to book. Shouldn't be allowed to trade in the state it is in. Unfortunately I can only put 4 photos on, so you won't get the full experience that we had. Lucky lucky people. I can't say this was an isolated incident about 1 room as we booked 3 rooms. And they were all as bad as each other....

Friendly people when I arrived to check in and check out

Unfortunately the walls are very thin and I was kept awake both nights by noise of the surrounding bars and other guests. The TV was hanging on one of its brackets and the areal cable had been pulled out. The skylight window surround was very grubby.

It didn’t have tea&coffee facilities in the room. Went to have breakfast after checking out and had to wait an hour until we received our food

Friendly staff, good value, clean room. Its great for the price.

Would have liked an ironing board, and the TV reception wasn't good. But for the price, it was still a good value stay
