Stunning Villa, in a calm environment, staff was helpful

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The supervisors (Jyordy and Wayan) handled our issues very well to ensure that the experience met our expectations. The space is great for family or big groups traveling together. The architecture is beautiful and modern. The layout of the property is lovely and operates similar to a resort with all rooms having separate and independent access each with its own bathroom, while the living spaces are central and accessible by all. It was great to have bath towels and basic toiletries provided even though it is a self-service accommodation. Pool towels are also provided, which is great. The villa is cleaned every day, which is a service included in the daily rate. The surrounding area is breathtaking! There are little supermarkets very close by to the villa which stocks all the basic items. The villa is close to loads of little cafes and restaurants which open early (8am) and which close fairly late in the evening. The locals are tourist friendly. The services made available at the villa are excellent! We had on-site massages done in our rooms, which were professional and of high standard at an excellent price. We also arranged to have a chef on-site to prepare a few dinners and a breakfast for our family of 9 people, all of which were delightful! Be sure to ask for chef Bagie and his wife - they are a stunning team! Great food and great value for money. We also rented bikes in Ubud, which were dropped off and picked up again from the villa when we checked out, which was so convenient. Overall, it was a memorable family holiday and we would surely visit again.

There is really not much that we didnt like. The pool furniture/sunbeds are not packed away every day but are left outside in the rain with the result that you can't use them as the cushions take very long to dry. There's no television in the lounge, so you can't watch a movie together as a family/group. The common spaces (kitchen and living areas) need a little bit of TLC and maintenance but are not bad at all. The hairdryers in the rooms are not powerful, so it is best to bring your own if this is important for you. There is no coffee machine in the villa, so instant coffee is the best you can have at the villa. These issues were not deal breakers for us and would certainly not prevent us from booking this property again in the future.

Bad locaton, there is grave road until 150m to the Villa. To the center of Ubud you have to drive 15 minutes by the bike.

A tennis racket disappeared from the Villa; we took it with us when we checked in, but it was missing when we checked out. We tried to contact the staff regarding the return issue, who replied that it was probably expensive. However, the racket did not leave the villa during our stay. This racket is very dear to us because of our memories. Be AWARE to leave expensive stuff in the villa.

Perfect new villa with amazing staff there. They help to us to make our vacantion perfect. Location is neer to the city, but can't walk by your self from there. You will need transport. But the villa is so awsome and diffenatly is a good idea to stay at this paradise. Perfect brekfast. Our group stay in love at this place ❤️

It was a very comfortable place to stay and everything a guest could ask for while travelling with friends.

The only thing missing from the property is a speaker. :)
