Locality , entrance , filth all around , construction activity in hotel , No customer support from Booking.com ; Booking.com has misled and cheated me : you are just plain looters , not at all bothered about customers : you have the worst customer care service ; I will never suggest anyone to book through Bookin.com : I will also flag these concern on social media and take legal action against you for cheating a senior citizen
INI stayed there for 3 nights and I can say that I was quite satisfied with my stay. The hotel rooms were just like shown in the pictures and quality of the service was up to the mark. Things which I liked about this place- ● Prompt service ●Spacious and clean rooms ●Courteous staff ●The food at their in-house restaurant ●High speed wi-fi ● Other services like paid airport pick and drop services, taxi for sightseeing etc. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us to book boat rides for the ghats too. (The nearest ghat from this hotel is Dhashwamedh ghat which is within a 10 kms radius)
Despite the many things that I liked about this place, one thing which I think the hotel could have avoided is too much noise especially past midnight. Due to some construction work going at their hotel, there was too much noise going on in the ground floor of the hotel which was very very annoying. We had to call the reception to make it stop otherwise it was impossible to sleep. However upon complaining about this issue, they quickly resolved it.

ESNice place away from the noise of the centre of the city. Nice room with a big bathroom.
The breakfast is Indian style and it is hard to find some continental food; only toasts with jam and butter. It is far from the Ghats and the river.
